Klikk collects the following personal data during registration and use of the service:

  • Name or username
  • Email address
  • Uploaded reference photos (face)
  • Prompts and generated thumbnails
  • Payment data (processed by Stripe, never stored on our servers)

2. Data Usage

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the thumbnail generation service
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Send transactional emails (confirmation, password reset)
  • Provide customer support

Your reference photos are used solely for thumbnail generation and are never shared with third parties.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure servers via Supabase (hosted on AWS, EU region). Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access : obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification : correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure : request deletion of your data
  • Right to portability : receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object : object to the processing of your data

5. Cookies and Analytics

Klikk uses essential cookies for the operation of the service (authentication, session).

We also use the following analytics tools, subject to your consent via our cookie banner:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): anonymized audience measurement (page views, user journey, traffic source). Data is transmitted to Google LLC.
  • Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session recording (clicks, scroll, heatmaps) to improve user experience. Data is transmitted to Microsoft Corporation.

These tools use third-party cookies. You can refuse these cookies via the banner displayed on your first visit, or change your preferences at any time from the cookie settings at the bottom of the page. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Changes
