Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms govern the use of the Klikk service, accessible at useklikk.com. By creating an account, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description

Klikk is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail generation service. Users provide a text prompt, choose a niche, and can upload reference photos. The service generates 2 thumbnail variants in high resolution (2K).

3. Registration and Account

Registration is free and includes 5 free generations. Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Klikk offers several subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro). Prices are displayed in euros including VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe.

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
  • Cancellation is possible at any time from the dashboard. Access to the service is maintained until the end of the paid period.
  • No refund is issued for the current period after cancellation.

5. Thumbnail Ownership

Thumbnails generated via Klikk are the property of the user. Klikk does not claim any rights over generated content. Users are free to use, modify, and publish them as they wish.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content
  • Impersonate another person
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service

7. Limitation of Liability

Klikk is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors. Klikk shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase (thumbnail generations).

9. Changes

Klikk reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Last updated: April 2026.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
